How a technical SEO engagement works
Step 1 — Free discovery call (30 mins)
We talk through your site, your goals, and any issues you’re already aware of. I’ll ask about your CMS, hosting, and any recent traffic changes.
Step 2 — Technical audit
Using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and PageSpeed Insights, I crawl your site and produce a prioritised list of issues from critical blockers to lower-priority improvements. You get the full list, not just a summary.
Step 3 — Prioritised recommendations
Not everything needs fixing immediately. I group issues by impact and effort, so you (or your developer) know exactly where to start. I explain each issue in plain English no technical jargon unless you want it.
Step 4 — Implementation support
I can hand off recommendations to your developer with clear briefs, or implement changes directly on your site, your choice. For Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress sites, I can often make fixes directly.
Step 5 — Verification & follow-up
Once fixes are live, I re-crawl the affected areas and confirm the issues are resolved. For ongoing clients, I monitor for new issues monthly and flag anything before it becomes a ranking problem.
